Error “Could not find file:FORMS.TXT” When Accessing Aatrix Tax Reporting in Accounts Payable or Payroll

Another flavor of AccountMate dependency on the local workstation operating environment.

The Symptom

This error occurs in the Accounts Payable or Payroll module when attempting to Print or Efile a tax form—such as a W-2, 1099, 1094/1095, 940, 941, etc.:

Could not find file:FORMS.TXT.

The Solution

The solution is simple: Contact NexLAN for the Aatrix/AccountMate runtime installation file!

Installation must then be done on the workstation where you’re attempting to run the Aatrix tax forms, but we can’t publish the file here as it’s only available to registered users of the AccountMate product.
