Dear AccountMate Clients,
AccountMate Version 7.4 for SQL and SQL/Express is now shipping. So, if you’re on one of those platforms and you have a current software maintenance plan, then it should be arriving at your office any second!
Besides including all patches released to date, it also includes additional patches and numerous enhancements based on end-user feedback.
A partial list is:
- New Executive Summary report that provides a snapshot of the company’s current financial condition
- Allow input of line item descriptions in AP Invoice and BR Transactions GL Distribution grid for additional detail of entries
- Ability to configure default Search Parameters (i.e. “Ignore upper/lower case” and “Search for contains” checkboxes)
- New Regenerate ACH file function that allows users to recreate ACH files
- Option to process payroll checks and electronic checks separately
- New Electronic Payment report in the Accounts Payable module

For those of you on the LAN platform, we can’t announce shipment of a build before its official release, but rest assured your turn will be next. And if you’re not on a software maintenance plan, then look at all that you’re missing out on!
