Dear AccountMate Clients,
AccountMate Version 8.1 for SQL and Express has been officially released this afternoon and made available to us to download for clients with active software maintenance agreements.
To ensure all licensed end-users receive physical media for this new version, we are currently creating discs that will be mailed directly to applicable clients in the coming days. Please contact us upon receipt of the CD so that we may discuss the details of upgrade scheduling and cost effectiveness for your organization.
Besides including all patches released to date for SQL and Express V8.1, it also includes additional patches and numerous enhancements based on end-user feedback.

- Drill Down on Executive Summary Screen to View Details
- Ability to Add Custom Fields to Master Records and Transactions
- Record Count Validation is Optional During Bank Reconciliation
- Option to Combine Electronic Payments During Bank Reconciliation
- Supports Multi-Step Processing of Work Orders
- Option to Print Customer Statements for Accounts over a Specific Age
- Allocated Quantity Updated During Work Order Explosion
- Ability to Consolidate AR Aging and AR Status Reports by Parent Company
