AccountMate’s New Upsell Management Module

As you know from previous issues of this NewsLine, with the launch of AccountMate 7.1 for SQL also came the unveiling of the new Upsell Management Module.

Upselling is nothing new to consumers.  When a customer goes in to buy a camera, the sales person is able to offer up information on accessory items like cases, lenses, and batteries.  With AccountMate’s Upsell Management Module, any user can quickly view a list of associated items, as well as price and inventory quantity, enabling them to provide their customers with real-time order suggestions and information.

To complete the sales cycle, special commissions can be paid on Upsell items.  Sales are flagged in AccountMate which facilitate reporting of special commissions based on these sales.

At a time when finding ways to stay ahead of the competition is extremely important, the Upsell Management functionality can increase customer satisfaction and play a pivotal role in garnering new sales from existing customers.

INFOtrac for AccountMate

While the Upsell Module gives your staff streamlined access to inventory information, INFOtrac for AccountMate can make every member of your staff an instant expert on your customers.

According to research firm CRMGuru, customers rarely said that they choose one company over another because of the price or functionality of the product (less than 20% of those surveyed).  Instead, the majority of the preference was related to the service provided by the company.  In short, customers prefer working with companies who take good care of them.

INFOtrac for AccountMate not only tightly integrates with your existing AccountMate modules, but it seamlessly coordinates with with a variety of software and solutions you already use.  You won’t stop depending on Microsoft Office, your handheld and portable devices, or countless other pieces of technology that are part of your daily work life – INFOtrac for AccountMate will help you use them better!

Ready to talk about how the Upsell Module or INFOtrac can enhance your ability to put your customers first?  Give us a call and we’ll talk about how they can be a part of your unique business processes.
