Dear AccountMate Clients,

Likely you’ve heard how quarterly PC sales recently declined for the first time in over five years.  While a struggling economy may be partially to blame for that 6.4% year-over-year decrease, it certainly doesn’t explain the staggering 75% increase in quarterly tablet sales.  In short, tablets are changing the computing landscape – with their “larger than a phone and thus easily viewable” form factor, yet vastly superior portabilty compared to a laptop.

In the tablet market, Apple’s iPad is far and away the market leader – with more than three times the market share of second place Samsung – and we’ve already had numerous clients asking, “How do I access AccountMate from my iPad?”  Happy to now announce that the answer is, “With AMmobile of course!”

AMmobile is a native iPad application with a real-time interface to your system allowing you to bring AccountMate with you on the road -while sitting across from your customers or even at a trade show, where you can scan barcodes to create orders and accept credit card payments!

Customer Management
Edit and view your customer information while on the go so you’re always informed and up to date!  View your customers’ addresses on a map and get turn-by-turn directions.  Read your customer notepad and add new notes while on location.  View your customers’ current transaction information of existing quotes, orders and invoices.

Transaction Management
Create and edit quotes and orders, and view invoices for all your customers on your iPad.  Enter quotes or orders with a few taps for each line item – or scan an item’s barcode using the Infinea Tab add-on (sold separately).  Accept cash, check and credit card payments for items you’ve handed to a customer on location with AMmobile’s integration to Authorize.Net.  View how much of an order has been previously shipped, unshipped, and is currently being shipped so you always know the status of every order.

Inventory Management
View your inventory and see at a glance which items are in stock, out of stock and on order.  Easily view a breakdown of what you have in stock at each warehouse.  Show a prospective customer what an item looks like with the built-in inventory item image viewer with pinch-to-zoom support.  Inventory item image not correct?  Quickly update any inventory item image using the iPad’s built-in camera or use an image from your company website.

A real-time interface to your AccountMate installation, for customer maintenance you can: manage customers, including addresses and contacts; view existing quotes, orders and invoices; and map customer addresses with turn-by-turn directions.  For transactional functionality, you can: enter new quotes and sales orders – even specifying shipped quantities when entering orders and accepting credit card payments – then e-mail copies of the orders and receipts.  For inventory management, you can: view unit and multi-level pricing; view on-order, on-hand, booked and available quantities for each warehouse, even see details of the on-order and booked quantities.

You’re invited to the FREE webinar on AMmobile scheduled on March 21, 2013 from 12:00 to 1:00pm CDT.  Please hit reply to this e-mail or call us at 877.2NEXLAN and we will be glad to get you registered!
